Exam Stage 3 - Industry/Technical Knowledge

This stage of the interview determines that the position you applied for you have the correct
skills to work

Part of nailing a job interview is doing as much research as you can about the our company you’re applying to. This helps you find answers to questions you might have about working there and makes it easier to build rapport with the hiring manager.

The exam will mostly be on the Current Software and IT industry

Recommended skills by the Positions:


Front-end Developer:

  • Angular 2+

  • HTML, CSS, JavaScript

  • Type Script

  • REST API

  • Git version control (Gitlab, Github etc)

    or

  • Flutter

  • Dart and Java

Back-end Developer:

  • Python

  • Tornado

  • MongoDB

UI Graphics Designer:

  • Photoshop / Illustrator

  • MS Word, Excel etc

  • Figma / Mock Screen, Draw.io etc


Release Engineer:

  • Python

  • Git

  • Unit Tests

  • Understanding of the release process


Test / Dev-Ops Engineer:

  • Git

  • Jenkins

  • Shell Scripting

  • Unit Tests

  • Rest API understanding
